How do DMK enzymes work?

DMK is effectively an enzyme exfoliator that works within the skin to break up dead and bacteria-driven skin cells. Once reaching the surface, all areas of congested skin will be cleared. The action of these enzymes removes cellular debris and build-up, leaving the skin softer, clearer, and more responsive.

A DMK body enzyme therapy is also an option open to you. Wonderful results for cellulite, dry skin, fluid retention, and poor circulation. Also in-growing hair and pigmentation on the body.

If you are looking to a total skin change, then contact us for an in-depth skin consultation to determine which DMK plan is best for you.

DMK will Energize your skin

It works under your skin to bring back to life, thickened skin, sun-damaged skin, uneven skin, congested skin and acne-prone skin. This is a journey. But just like a way back to fitness, DMK is a way back to achieving new skin for a younger and healthier-looking you.

See the DMK treatment that will repair, rebuild and renew your skin to leave your skin younger looking, fresher, glowing, smoother, brighter, less dull, plumper and tighter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is DMK?

DMK is Danné Montague-King – the founder.

He is a pioneer in his industry, Danné suffered from depression due to his poor functioning skin including acne as a teenager. Danné decided to take things into his own hands as he had no luck with dermatologists and doctors. Through trials and tribulations, as a scientist, he made a breakthrough and found the cure for BAD skin and ageing skin.

He is still developing DMK in his eighties. Successful treatments in thousands of skin clinics around the world are testament to his work.
His mantra is rebuilding skin rebuilding lives through skin revision.

Dedicated to his craft, his practicing therapists, and his clients, Danné is the founder of the DMK family and is responsible for rebuilding skin, and rebuilding lives all over the world.

What is the cost of a DMK Skin Revision treatment?

DMK enzyme skin and body treatments start from £155. Upon consultation you will be given realistic costings depending on the treatment plan agreed between us. It should be noted that a treatment plan may consist of a number of visits over a number of months. It will also include specific paramedical products to purchase and use daily at home. It is a journey but a journey with life changing rewards.

What skin concerns can DMK Skin Revision address and treat?

DMK can addresses a wide range of skin concerns through the bespoke treatments offered. These will include acne, rosacea, pigmentation issues (like sun spots and melasma), premature ageing, acne scarring, and general skin health improvement. The treatment plan would be discussed at a skin consultation, where your skin concerns will be listened to. DMK is suitable for nearly all skin types and skin tones.

Does the DMK Skin Revision Programme use natural ingredients?

Yes. We strive to always use natural ingredients. This is the same for DMK. It is often said that natural facial ingredients are 100% paraben free. That may well be the case if you are looking for a nice, relaxing, soothing facial to make you feel good during the treatment. However, if you are looking for the facial to make a positive difference to your skin, there needs to be a very small amount of paraben in the ingredients. This is usually less than 1%. If this is not within the ingredients for the facial, you will not get the desired results.

What is enzyme therapy and why is it important?

Enzyme therapy is a signature DMK treatment. Enzymes are the catalysts that speed up biochemical reactions in the skin. DMK’s enzyme masks work to remove dead skin cells, detoxify the skin, strengthen the structural integrity of the skin, and stimulate the production of collagen and elastin for a firmer, more youthful appearance. This specific and detailed enzyme therapy process is crucial for optimal skin function and great skin health.

Is there any downtime after a DMK Skin Revision treatment?

Any downtime will vary depending on the specific treatment plan set out at the skin consultation. It is likely that some redness or slight peeling is possible, particularly after enzyme therapy. At Skin Revision, Jacqui will advise on any potential downtime, leave you with aftercare instructions and prescribe all the necessary paramedical homecare required. DMK homecare is a necessity and works “hand in hand” with your DMK treatment performed in the clinic.

How many DMK Skin Revision treatments are recommended?

The number of treatments depends on your individual skin concerns and the results you are looking to achieve. At Skin Revision in Beaconsfield, Jacqui is your senior paramedical skin therapist, and she will create a personalised treatment plan that is tailor-made only for you and your skin type. A series of treatments is highly recommended to give the very best results. Once the results have been achieved, regular DMK facials are recommended, along with a continued homecare regime in order to keep your skin healthy.

How long will the results of a DMK Skin Revision treatment last?

The length of time that the DMK treatment results last will depend on various factors, including your skin condition, home care routine, and lifestyle. While DMK aims to create long-lasting improvements, maintenance treatments and a consistent homecare regime are essential to maintain optimal skin health and prolong the benefits.
DMK is all about commitment. For example, with acne, it is important to stick with the long-term plans of in-clinic treatments and homecare. It is likely that the first couple of treatments for acne with DMK enzymes, will show the acne looking worse on the surface of the skin. However, this purge is due to DMK working under the skin’s surfaces, cleaning all the debris and bringing the debris to the surface. Once the debris has been cleared, usually by the third treatment, the acne and blemishes on the skin’s surface will start to calm, smooth and become clear.
The results will last for an indefinite period, especially with prescribed homecare and regular maintenance. Regular maintenance could be once every 6 weeks or once every 16 weeks, for example.

How is DMK different from a regular facial?

Unlike a regular facial that focuses on surface-level cleansing and pampering, DMK Skin Revision works at a cellular level. DMK uses enzyme therapy to remove dead skin cells, stimulate collagen production, and improve circulation, resulting in long-term skin health improvements rather than just a temporary glow. It’s a more targeted / bespoke and results-driven approach.

What kind of home care products are recommended with DMK Skin Revision?

DMK emphasises the importance of homecare to support and enhance the results of professional treatments. At Skin Revision, the advanced paramedical therapist will recommend a personalised homecare regime that uses DMK products that are designed to work in conjunction with the in-clinic treatments.
Homecare products may include:

Deep Pore
Milk Cleanser
Beta Gel
Super serum
