How does the Profhilo treatment work?
After your skin consultation, we will safely inject just below the 5 areas of the skin’s surface of the face in just 2 sessions, over a period of 4 weeks. The hyaluronic acid is dispersed quickly across the skin on the face, neck, body, or hands to instantly boost hydration, elasticity, and plump and redefine the look of your skin.

Will Profhilo benefit my particular Skin?
We have been working with Profhilo since 2019, and so we have extensive experience in Profhilo safety protocol. Everyone’s skin and medical history are different, so it is important to understand that a skin consultation is paramount before we proceed with any Profhilo treatment.
How long does the Profhilo skin booster last?
Generally, Profhilo will maintain its very best effects for around 6 – 9 months. To achieve these results, ideally, 2 treatments are given one month apart. After the initial treatments, I would recommend coming back every 9 months to top up the skin’s hydration and glow.

Profhilo can treat all areas of the face, including the forehead, around the eyes, cheeks, lips, décolleté, and neck. It is also a wonderful treatment to smooth out loose-looking skin around the belly/tummy/tummy button.
A local anesthetic cream can be applied to the areas to be treated if wished. There is generally very minimal discomfort from a Profhilo treatment.
There may be slight redness and swelling in the treated areas following treatments. However, this will subside within an hour or so.
There is no downtime. We would advise avoiding heavy exercise for 24 hours, dental care for 2 weeks, extreme temperatures, and any other non-surgical skin treatment for 2 days.
Profhilo treatment can take up to 60 minutes if a local anesthetic cream is needed. However, LED light therapy will add a further 15 minutes to any treatment.
Profhilo is being used for the aged of around 25 years and upwards.
